1. Returns
You have the right to return most new, unused items within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Please contact us before sending your return to receive return instructions.
2. Return Process

We’ll confirm your return eligibility and provide you with the return address and instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent by Amber Paris.
3. Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at contact@amberparis.fr.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
